Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver your Paris Baguette Shop orders quickly, securely, and efficiently. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping methods, timeframes, and processes.
1. Shipping Carriers
We currently ship using the following carrier: UPS®
Carriers listed at checkout represent the most accurate and up-to-date options available for your destination.
2. Order Processing Time
Standard Orders:
Most orders placed by 8:00 AM PST ship the same business day.
Orders placed after 8:00 AM PST will ship the following business day.
Custom or Personalized Items:
Orders that contain custom or personalized products may require additional processing time. Estimated shipping timelines will be included in your order confirmation email.
3. Shipping Timeframes
Shipping timeframes vary based on location and the method selected at checkout.
Free Shipping:
Domestic (USA): 5–7 business days
Expedited Shipping:
Delivery speed depends on the option selected at checkout.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery progress.
4. Multiple Shipping Addresses
The Paris Baguette Shop does not support shipping to multiple addresses within a single order.
If you need items shipped to multiple destinations, please place separate orders or contact shop@parisbaguette.com for manual assistance.
5. Packaging & Handling
We carefully package every order to ensure products arrive safely.
Fragile or sensitive items may receive special packaging at no additional charge.
There are no handling fees.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact shop@parisbaguette.com as soon as possible
- Provide your order number and photos (if applicable)
KENNA PB LLC will file a carrier claim on your behalf and assist with a replacement or refund once the claim is processed.
7. Shipping Restrictions
Please note:
- No international shipping at this time. We currently ship to addresses within the United States; including Hawaii and Alaska.
- Certain carriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes; a physical address may be required
- Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes to the delivery address or shipping method
- You may contact the carrier directly to request delivery adjustments once the package is in transit
