How will I know my order was placed?

You’ll receive an order confirmation email from shop@parisbaguette.com as soon as your order goes through. 

Don’t see it? Be sure to check your spam or junk folder. 

Still can’t find it? Email us at shop@parisbaguette.com with your name and the date your order was placed, and we're happy to help.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order after I've placed it?

Since orders begin processing immediately after checkout, we are unable to change or cancel your order after it is placed. 

This includes changing the delivery option, shipping address, items in the order, or payment method. 

Please confirm your information is correct before placing your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Where can I buy Paris Baguette merchandise online?

You can shop Paris Baguette items directly through shop.parisbaguette.com, TikTok and Instagram Shops.

What do I do if my order arrived with missing or incorrect items?

Please email us at shop@parisbaguette.com with your order number and which items were affected, so that our support team can assist you further.

What do I do if an item in my order arrived damaged?

If order damage has occurred, please email support at shop@parisbaguette.com, including a photo of the damaged item in question. We'll work to make it right!

Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes! You can send any Paris Baguette Shop order as a gift. Pricing information is never included in the package.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

Due to limited availability of these exclusive Paris Baguette Shop products, once an item is sold out it will be unavailable for purchase and will not be restocked. 

Any out of stock items will be noted on the product page and unable to be added to your cart.

Will my Paris Baguette Shop purchase earn me PB Rewards points? Am I able to redeem my PB Rewards points on the Shop?

PB Rewards can only be earned through café purchases (made in-café, online through parisbaguette.com, or through our mobile app). Any merchandise shop purchases made through The Paris Baguette Shop will not earn PB Rewards points. PB Rewards points are unable to be redeemed through The Paris Baguette Shop at this time.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

When will my order ship?

Most in-stock items are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders will not be processed during the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Years Day. Please allow for longer processing times surrounding these dates.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet! We currently ship to addresses within the United States; including Hawaii and Alaska.

Can you ship to PO boxes?

No - UPS does not currently offer PO box deliveries. We apologize for any inconvenience.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We are pleased to offer the following shipping speeds:

  • Standard Ground (5-7 business days, depending on shipping location) 
  • 2 business days
  • 3 business days
  • 1 business day

Shipping costs will vary depending on destination, and will be calculated at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email. Please allow 24 hours after your order has shipped for updates to start posting with the carrier.

My package shows as delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please first check with neighbors or your building’s mailroom. If it’s still missing after 24 hours, contact UPS for delivery details, then email us at shop@parisbaguette.com with your order number for further assistance.

RETURNS

What is your Return Policy?

We offer free returns on eligible items within 15 days of your delivery date. We do not offer exchanges at this time. 

Only the following items are eligible for return:

Items marked Final Sale or special collaboration items are not eligible for return.

Any returned apparel items must be sent back to us in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all tags attached.

How do I start a Return?

To start a return, please email support at shop@parisbaguette.com with your order number and your reason for return.

You will get an email confirmation that your request has been received, and is being reviewed by our team. Once approved, you will receive a separate email notification, along with a prepaid return label for you to send back to us.

Please note that return requests for any Final Sale items will be denied.

Once your return has been processed, you will be refunded in full for the cost of the item(s) returned, back to your original form of payment. If you received any promotional or other discount when you paid, your refund will only reflect the amount paid for the item(s) returned. Any shipping fees paid on the original order will not be included in your refund.

Paris Baguette Shop is not responsible for lost returns, including but not limited to any returns sent back to our warehouse without prior authorization. All approved returns must be sent back to our warehouse with the provided return label, or with other trackable shipping.

When will I receive my refund?

Any refunds due to you will be issued upon receipt and review of the returned product(s). Please allow up to 5-7 business days after its arrival back to us for your return to be reviewed and processed.

Once your return has been accepted and processed, you will be refunded in full for the cost of the item(s) returned, back to your original form of payment. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds. 

If you received any promotional or other discounts when you paid, your refund will only reflect the amount paid for the item(s) returned. Any shipping fees paid on the original order will not be included in your refund.

What if I want to exchange an item?

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, only refunds. You are welcome to place a new order for your desired item at any time, or can wait until after your return & refund have been processed. 

Please note that due to limited availability of these products, if intending to purchase apparel in an alternate size, we advise placing your new order for the desired size as soon as possible in case that size sells out prior to your return being processed.

How can I return an item purchased on TikTok Shop or Instagram Shop?

If you placed your order through TikTok Shop or Instagram Shop, your return must be initiated directly through the same platform where you made your purchase. Please visit your order details on TikTok or Instagram, select the item, and follow their return request process. Once approved by the platform, our team will process your return in accordance with their policies.
