Return Policy

We want you to be confident in your Paris Baguette Shop purchases. The following Return Policy applies to all merchandise purchased at shop.parisbaguette.com.

Return Window

We offer free returns on eligible items within 15 days of your delivery date.

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Return Eligibility

Only the following items are eligible for return:

Items marked Final Sale or special collaboration items are not eligible for return.

Any returned apparel items must be sent back to us in
unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all tags attached.

Items that do not meet the above criteria may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original method of payment.

Return shipping is free when using the prepaid return label provided by Paris Baguette Shop.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please email support at shop@parisbaguette.com with your order number and your reason for return.

You will get an email confirmation that your request has been received, and is being reviewed by our team. Once approved, you will receive a separate email notification, along with a prepaid return label for you to send back to us.

Any refunds due to you will be issued upon receipt and review of the returned product(s). Please allow up to 5-7 business days after its arrival back to us for your return to be reviewed and processed.

Once your return has been processed, you will be refunded in full for the cost of the item(s) returned, back to your original form of payment. If you received any promotional or other discount when you paid, your refund will only reflect the amount paid for the item(s) returned. Any shipping fees paid on the original order will not be included in your refund.

Paris Baguette Shop is not responsible for lost returns, including but not limited to any returns sent back to our warehouse without prior authorization. All approved returns must be sent back to our warehouse with the provided return label, or with other trackable shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact shop@parisbaguette.com within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you with a replacement when available or issue a refund.

Additional Notes

  • We do not allow combined returns across multiple orders; each order must be returned separately.
  • Return labels cannot be provided for APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.
